If the claim is approved, MACY will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1949\" data-end=\"2048\">Claims relating to visible damage submitted after 48 hours may be rejected where legally permitted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2069\">Handmade Details<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2292\">Some MACY abayas contain handmade embroidery, beading or decorative details. Minor differences in stitching, placement, texture or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2439\">Damage caused by wearing, washing, ironing, perfume, chemicals, alterations, misuse or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2462\">Colour Differences<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2632\">Product colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, screen brightness or device settings. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2662\">Mandatory Consumer Rights<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2904\">Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
